Experience a dystopian taxi adventure in this game

CyberTaxi: Lunatic Nights is a simulation game. It’s a first-person game that throws you into the dark, dystopian streets of Prison City, a place where chaos reigns and survival is a daily battle. As a taxi driver on a mission to rescue your wrongfully accused sister, you must navigate hostile roads filled with thugs, corrupt officials, and unpredictable weather.

CyberTaxi: Lunatic Nights blends taxi-driving simulation with intense combat, requiring you to switch seamlessly between dodging traffic and blasting enemies. Each mission is unique, ranging from rescuing hostages in abandoned buildings to delivering delicate packages without a scratch.

Upgrade, arm, and drive

In CyberTaxi: Lunatic Nights, the retro-style plot, inspired by 80s and 90s action movies, unfolds through a series of unpredictable fares and side missions that keep you guessing. The game’s atmosphere is gritty, with dark alleys, flickering neon lights, and a synth-heavy soundtrack that captures the hopelessness of Prison City. Customization is a big part of the experience; you can arm your taxi with machine guns and install armor plating.

You can even step out to explore on foot when a mission demands it. The ability to leave your vehicle adds a layer of strategy, allowing you to search for resources or take down enemies up close. The customer mood system introduces a fun challenge, as every passenger has different preferences that affect your tips and ratings. Fuel management is another critical element, forcing you to plan your routes carefully.

The controls can be tricky at first, especially during high-speed chases or when managing multiple enemies at once. However, once you get used to the mix of driving and shooting, the gameplay becomes a satisfying blend of chaos and strategy. The city’s open-world design encourages exploration, rewarding you with hidden upgrades and cash for taking risks. However, it has a steep learning curve for new players.

Dark humor and darker streets

The gameplay is a chaotic blend of taxi-driving simulation and intense combat set in a dystopian city. Managing fuel, completing fares, and battling enemies keeps the pace fast and unpredictable. Customization options and a variety of missions add depth, while the retro-inspired plot ties everything together. The mix of strategy, exploration, and action makes each mission feel unique and keeps players engaged throughout the dark and gritty journey.

In Softonic we scan all the files hosted on our platform to assess and avoid any potential harm for your device. Our team performs checks each time a new file is uploaded and periodically reviews files to confirm or update their status. This comprehensive process allows us to set a status for any downloadable file as follows:

Clean

It’s extremely likely that this software program is clean.

What does this mean?

We have scanned the file and URLs associated with this software program in more than 50 of the world's leading antivirus services; no possible threat has been detected.

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.

We’d like to highlight that from time to time, we may miss a potentially malicious software program. To continue promising you a malware-free catalog of programs and apps, our team has integrated a Report Software feature in every catalog page that loops your feedback back to us.

Flag any particular issues you may encounter and Softonic will address those concerns as soon as possible.
